June to October is the dry season ideal weather, calm seas, and perfect visibility for snorkeling. December to February is also excellent. We avoid March–May (long rains) for ocean tours but cultural tours run year-round.
Do I need to pay upfront to book?
No. Send your booking request and we confirm availability first. Payment details are discussed after confirmation we accept bank transfer, M-Pesa, and card payment. No payment is required just to inquire.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the tour price. No-shows are charged in full. We always try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Most of our Zanzibar tours are family-friendly. Prison Island, Stone Town, and the Spice Farm are ideal for children. Dolphin swimming is suitable for ages 8+. Kilimanjaro is recommended for ages 10+ with prior hiking experience. Let us know your group when booking.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes all our tours can be arranged as private experiences. Private tours are more flexible on timing and can be customized around your interests. Contact us for a private tour quote.
What languages do your guides speak?
All our guides speak English and Kiswahili fluently. Several also speak German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Let us know your language preference when booking and we'll match you with the right guide.
